Frequently Asked Questions 

How much space will I need?

 

Each tent setup is around 6.5 feet in length, 4 feet in width, and 4 feet in height.

 

Based on the measurements of your space, we will work with you to design the best configuration for your event (aisles, a semicircle, or a line up).

 

Are pillows and blankets provided?

 

No, we do not provide pillows to sleep on or blankets due to hygienic reasons.

 

Do you move furniture to make room for tents?

 

We require that the designated tent area be clean and cleared of furniture. We will not move furniture to make room for your event.

How long will set up and break down take?

​

Please allow 1.5 – 2 hours for set-up and approximately 45 minutes for take down.

What is the cancelation policy

 

Cancelations will result in loss of the non-refundable 50% booking deposit. Cancellations of less than one week's notice will result in forfeiture of the entire party balance.

 

The deposit and/or party balance will be transferrable to another date within 60 days of the original event date, subject to date and equipment availability.

How long is the rental period?

 

Our standard rental period is overnight. 

​

Typically, we will schedule drop-off in the early afternoon the day of your event and return in the morning or midday the following day.

​

Am I responsible for damages?

 

Wear and tear is expected, however if an item is damaged you will be charged 200% of the retail value. 

​

At the time of delivery, you will review the rental items in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and sign off on the product condition.  It is your responsibility to note any preexisting damage (although we do our best to keep everything in tip top condition).  We will inspect all items for damage at pickup and return to our facility. If you are aware of a specific incident please give us a heads up.
